Yes, provided that the hitch receivers must be chassis mounted. Mounting the bike rack to a bumper mounted hitch receiver may lead to bumper tearing off and result to serious damage to the RV and even deadly injury.
Unfortunately, no. However, the bike rack central post lowers to facilitate the rear bike installation.
For step-through bikes, you will need a cross-bar frame adapter. This adapter is installable and removable in seconds and it becomes the straight bar where the bike rack hook will solidly and securily fix the bike to the bike rack. Note that this adapter is not included.
The bike rack itself weigh 23 lbs and the shipping box, with all box contents, weight is 30 lbs.
