Installing the bikes to the front of your trailer offers several significant advantages.
First of all, it significantly improves the stability and balance of your bikes during transport. By reducing the risk of instability, you can travel with confidence, even on rough roads. Additionally, by having the weight of the bikes toward the front of the trailer, you improve the maneuverability of your travel trailer, making turns and changes of direction much more fluid and controlled.
By choosing our bike rack specially designed to be mounted on the front of your trailer, you are opting for a safe and practical transport solution, guaranteeing optimal protection for your precious bikes throughout your trip.
Traveling with a protective cover will create a draft, and therefore, create resistance on the product, which may damage it. For security purposes, we do not recommend its installation. In addition, for any product damage relied with a protective cover, the product warranty will be voided
For step-through bikes, you will need a cross-bar frame adapter. This adapter is installable and removable in seconds and it becomes the straight bar where the bike rack hook will solidly and securily fix the bike to the bike rack. Note that this adapter is not included but you can get one in our shop here.
The bike rack itself weigh 23 lbs and the shipping box, with all box contents, weight is 50 lbs.
